What should I do if I encounter issues with the payment gateway?
If you receive the error message “This transaction is currently being processed” after a failed payment attempt in the Customer Portal, you may cancel the pending transaction before trying again.
To do so:

Navigate to Billing & Payment on the left-hand panel.

Click on Pending Transaction.

Select the failed transaction and click Cancel.

Once the cancellation is confirmed, you can proceed with a new payment attempt.
Additionally, please check if your pop-up blocker is enabled. If it is, kindly disable it to ensure the payment gateway functions properly.
