What is subscription / service ID?

Your subscription / service ID is a unique number assigned to your service, which helps us quickly locate your account details when you contact us. You can usually find it in your Customer Portal or on your billing statement.

Usually, our subscription / service ID is in format below:
SS(numbers) / SS0000000
