What is subscription / service ID?

Your subscription / service ID is a unique number assigned to your services (Cloud server/ Bare Metal/ Colocation/ SSL/  etc)  which helps us quickly locate your service details when you contact us. You can usually find it in your Customer Portal under My Services on the left panel.

Usually, our subscription / service ID is in format below:
SS(numbers) / SS0000000
