Payment process stuck at the payment gateway or bank website page
If the payment process gets stuck at the payment gateway or bank’s website, please check your Customer Portal for any pending transactions. You can go to the Billing & Payment section and click on Pending Transaction. If there is a failed or pending transaction, you may cancel it and try making the payment again. Also, ensure that your browser’s pop-up blocker is disabled, as it may prevent the payment window from functioning properly.
Additionally, if you have already entered your bank details during the payment attempt, we recommend verifying the payment status directly with your bank before trying again to avoid duplicate charges.
