Payment locked, how can I proceed to make payment?
If your initial payment attempt fails, the system may temporarily lock the payment. This usually happens when the payment gateway flags the transaction as “processing.”
To proceed with the payment immediately, you can cancel the pending transaction to unlock the payment option.

Once the pending status is cleared, you’ll be able to retry the payment right away.
In some cases, the pending transaction may not appear in your Customer Portal, typically because it wasn’t successfully recorded by the payment gateway. If this occurs, please contact our billing team at billing@ipserverone.com.
