LinkMail (Email hosting) suspension period
If you don’t renew your LinkMail service by the expiry date, the system will follow this suspension lifecycle:
-
Grace Period (Day 1–3 after expiry)
You still have time to renew without any service disruption. -
Suspension (Starting Day 4 after expiry)
If payment is not received by the 4th day, the system will automatically suspend your email hosting.
At this stage, you can still renew your service without a reactivation fee. -
Extended Grace Period (Following 14 days after suspension)
During this time, you can still restore your service, but you’ll need to pay both the renewal fee and a reactivation fee. -
Termination
If no payment is made by the end of the 14-day extension, the service will be automatically terminated.
This means all data, including emails and configurations, will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
We strongly recommend renewing your service before it reaches the termination stage to avoid data loss.
