If you no longer have access to both the email address and phone number associated with your IP ServerOne account, no worries — we’re here to help you through the update process.
To begin, please send an email to cs@ipserverone.com explaining your situation. Our team will carry out a verification process to confirm your identity, which may include requesting supporting documents for security purposes.
Once the verification is successfully completed, we will proceed to update your email address and contact number in our system.
