How to revoke SSL order?

You can request to revoke (cancel) your SSL certificate under these conditions:

• Within 7 days from the date you received the SSL certificate from us, OR

• If there is a problem with the SSL certificate.

To request a revoke, simply:

1. Submit a support ticket through the Customer Portal, OR

2. Email us at support@ipserverone.com.

Our Technical Support team will assist you with the process of revoking SSL after verification.
