FAQ – How to Create Your Own Website 🌐
What are the steps to create my own website?
Follow these refined steps—at IP ServerOne, our role is to provide the server infrastructure and hosting services to support your website. We don’t build the website itself, but we ensure it runs smoothly online.
🎯 Step 1: Define Your Purpose
- Decide on the type of website: business site, e-commerce, blog, portfolio, etc.
- Sketch out key pages: Home, About, Services, Contact, Blog.
- Determine features required (e.g., forms, online shop, galleries).
🧩 Step 2: Choose Your Platform
We fully support your platform of choice:
- WordPress, Joomla, Drupal: easily installable via cPanel, Plesk, or DirectAdmin on our hosting.
- Custom-built HTML/CSS/JS: upload via FTP or File Manager.
⚠️ Important Note: We do not provide website builders or design tools.
🌐 Step 3: Get a Domain & Hosting
- Domain registration (via us or external registrar).
- Hosting options:

✍️ Step 5: Populate Your Site (Done by You)
- Add content—texts, images, videos—through your chosen CMS or manually.
- We support reliable PHP, database, and SSL environments, but content creation is your responsibility.
⚙️ Step 6: Secure & Monitor
- Enable SSL (Let’s Encrypt certificates included).
- Use our snapshots and backups.
- Monitor uptime, performance, and security via your control panel.
🚀 Step 7: Launch and Maintain
- Once everything is set up, your site goes live under your domain.

⚠️ Important Note: We provide the server environment—not content delivery, theme design, or CMS-level updates. Maintenance beyond server-side setup is up to you or your team.
