How to create a new email?
The steps to create a new email address depend on the platform you’re using. Below are the instructions for each supported platform:
For Smartermail platform:
- Login to the SmarterMail account using the administrator credentials.
- Navigate to the Domain Settings.
- Click New to create new email account and fill up the preferred username and password.

cPanel platform:
- Login to the cPanel using the administrator credentials.
- Navigate to the Email Accounts icon in the Email section.
- Click Create to create new email account and fill up the preferred username and password.

Direct Admin platform:
- Login to the cPanel using the administrator credentials.
- Navigate to E-Mail Manager and click on E-mail Account.
- Click on the Create Account to create new email account and fill up the preferred username and password.

JARING email:
For JARING email accounts, creation is handled by our support team.
To request a new email address:
- Send an email to cs@ipserverone.com.
- Our team will review your current plan and advise if any additional charges apply.
