How to cancel one of my Linkmail email account?

If you no longer use a specific email account, you can remove it through your SmarterMail administrator account. Please refer to this guide for instructions: How to remove email account in Smartermail.

Important:
If you are subscribed to Linkmail S1, which charges per user account, and you no longer use one of the email accounts, please notify us by emailing cs@ipserverone.com. This allows us to update our billing records and ensure you are not charged for accounts that have been removed.
