How do I downgrade my email hosting?
Before requesting a downgrade, please check your current email hosting usage (such as number of email accounts, storage size, and features) to ensure the downgraded plan can support your needs.
Once confirmed, email sales@ipserverone.com to request the downgrade and include the following details:

Current email hosting information (e.g. domain name or Service ID)

The number of email accounts you want after downgrading
Our Sales Team will review your request and confirm whether the downgrade is possible based on your current usage and the target plan. If approved, a new quotation or invoice for the downgraded plan will be issued.
Please note that payments made for the current email hosting plan are not refundable and cannot be offset against the downgraded plan. A new payment is required.
After payment confirmation, our team will proceed with the backend changes to downgrade your email hosting. The downgraded plan will start on the date you request.
To avoid losing the remaining value of your current plan, we recommend requesting the downgrade near the expiry date of your existing email hosting subscription.
