Cloud credit top-up can be done through the Customer Portal at https://portal.ipserverone.com. For step-by-step instructions, you may also refer to this guide: How to Top Up Points for Cloud Credit.

If you require a proforma invoice to prepare your payment, please send an email to billing@ipserverone.com using your authorized email address. Be sure to include the amount you wish to top up.
