How can I check my domain administrator’s email address?
For privacy reasons, some domain registries (such as MYNIC for Malaysian domains) do not display full contact details in public WHOIS searches. However, if your domain is registered under IP ServerOne as the registrar, the correct domain administrator email address will be available in the IP ServerOne Customer Portal.
You can check your domain’s administrator (admin/registrant) email address by following these steps:

Log in to your Customer Portal account.

Go to My Services and select Domain. A list of your domains will be displayed.

Click View next to the domain you wish to check, then select Manage Domain.

Navigate to the Registrant / Admin Contact Details section. The administrator email address associated with your domain will be shown there.
