📧 FAQ: Email Cannot Login (cPanel)
Why can’t I log in to my email account via cPanel or webmail?
There are several common reasons why an email account may fail to log in through cPanel or webmail on our hosting servers. Below are key areas to check:
1. Incorrect Email Address or Password
Double-check that you’re entering the correct full email address (e.g., user@yourdomain.com) and the correct password. Email login will fail if either is incorrect.
2. Mailbox Exceeded Storage Quota
3. Account or Domain Suspension
If your hosting account or domain has been suspended due to billing or abuse issues, access to email services may be disabled.
4. Incorrect Email Client Settings
If you’re using an email client (e.g., Outlook or Apple Mail), make sure the IMAP/POP3 and SMTP settings are correctly configured.
You can find these settings in cPanel > Email Accounts > Connect Devices.
5. IP Blocked by Firewall
6. cPanel/Webmail Login Interface Confusion
Remember, your cPanel login is not the same as your email login.
- cPanel: yourdomain.com/cpanel
- Webmail: yourdomain.com/webmail
