Do you support monthly auto-billing using a credit card?

Yes, monthly auto-billing via credit card is supported for subscriptions with a monthly billing term. Once you have set up your credit card for auto-billing, the system will automatically charge your card monthly.

For subscriptions on 6-month or 12-month terms, a request must be submitted to our Sales team to switch to a monthly billing cycle before auto-billing can be applied.

Please note that monthly auto-billing is not available for Domain, Jaring, Bare Metal GPU Server and SSL services, as these require a minimum one-year renewal.
