Yes, IP ServerOne supports multiple languages, particularly for its website and user-facing platforms.
Our services and interfaces are primarily available in English, and we also provide support for local and regional languages, including Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese variants, to better serve customers across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
In addition, our Customer Support team is locally based in Malaysia, allowing them to assist users in commonly used local languages depending on the request and communication channel (e.g., live chat, email, or hotline).
