Can I retrieve my previous DNS records after my DNS Hosting plan has been terminated?

If your DNS Hosting service has been terminated, the associated records are no longer available in our live system and cannot be retrieved directly.

For further assistance, you may email support@ipserverone.com to inquire whether recovery is possible from our backup. If the termination occurred within the last two weeks, there may still be a chance to recover the data, depending on the backup availability and its condition at the time of your request.

Please note: Smart-hand service fees may apply if manual intervention is required for data retrieval.
