Can I change my billing cycle?

In many cases, it depends on the service type. Here’s a simple guide to help you understand your options:

• Domains: The billing cycle is fixed between 1 and 10 years. You can’t go shorter than 1 year or longer than 10 years.

• SSL Certificates: Currently, we offer 1-year plan only—no shorter or longer options are available.

• Other Services (Email hosting, Cloud Hosting, etc): The billing cycle depends on your quotation or what you selected during checkout in our portal. If you want to make changes, a new quotation will be needed.
