You will not be able to receive emails from a sender if his email address is blacklisted. However, if you wish to receive emails from a known sender while his email address is blacklisted, you may whitelist his email address. After you have performed the following tutorial guide, you will be able to receive emails from a known sender even when his email address is blacklisted elsewhere.
Step 1 – Login into SmartMail.
Step 2 – Click on “Settings”.
Step 3 – Click on “Trusted Senders”.
Step 4 – Click on “New”.
Step 5 – You may now key in your trusted sender’s email address or domain.
Step 6 – Enter a new email address per line and click “Save” when you have finished entering email addresses.
Step 7 – The newly added whitelisted email address and domain will be listed out.
Step 8 – You are now able to receive emails from them trusted senders.
