There will be time you are unable to solve your Email issue and require assistance form IPServerone Support. In order for us to investigate specific email issue, you are advised to also include the following
- Exact subject line.
- Sender and recipient email address
- Date and time email was sent, to within 15 minutes. Note that in most Shared Hosting Server, mail logs are kept for only one month, so the email must also be recent.
- Error or bounce message during delivery or receiving mails.
- Header information from the original email (may be located in your Sent folder) *this is optional*
