Why can’t I downgrade my DNS hosting plan to the free plan?
To downgrade your DNS hosting plan to the Free DNS plan, you must first ensure that your domain has no more than 2 DNS records. This is because the Free DNS hosting plan can only accommodate a maximum of 2 DNS records.
If your domain requires more than 2 DNS records, we recommend either:

Maintaining your current DNS hosting plan, or

Switching to the Standard DNS hosting plan, which is the minimum paid DNS plan and supports more records.
If your DNS records have already been reduced to 2 records but you are still unable to downgrade or change the plan to the Free DNS plan, please contact us for further assistance. You may:
