Why can the secondary account still log in after being removed by the primary account?
The secondary user can still log in because the secondary account is a separate user account in the IP ServerOne Customer Portal. Removing the secondary user from the primary account only revokes their delegate access and assigned roles, but it does not delete or disable the secondary user’s own login account.
Therefore, the secondary user can still log in to their own account, but they will no longer be able to access the primary account once the secondary team user role is removed from the Customer Portal.
If the secondary user is still able to access your account after being removed, please report the issue to us by emailing the details together with screenshots as proof to cs@ipserverone.com. Our team will investigate the matter further with our internal team.
