Introduction

Drupal is a powerful content management system (CMS) that enables you to create, manage, and publish your content with ease. This guide will walk you through installing Drupal on DirectAdmin using Installatron, a tool that simplifies the installation of web applications.

Prerequisites

• A hosting account with DirectAdmin access.
• Installatron installed in the server

Step1: Go to your DirectAdmin Control Panel. Login into site with your username and password.

Step 2: Click [Installatron Applications Installer] button.

Step 3: For users who wish to create another Drupal account, click [Applications Browser] button to further the installation.

Note: For New User, advise users to go straight to step 4.

Step 4: Click [Drupal] icon.

Step 5: Click [Install this application].

Step 6: Create a specify Drupal folder, enter the [folder name] in the path. Version of Drupal is normally the most updated version.

Step 8: Amend settings (optional), click [Install].

Step 9: Installation will immediately start.

Step 10: Click [view/edit details]

Step 11: Enter [username] and [password] that you have created. Then click [Log in].
