Why am I unable to upload files to FiDrive Cloud?
There are several common reasons you might be unable to upload files to FiDrive Cloud:

File size exceeds the limit – Ensure your file size does not exceed the maximum upload limit allowed by your plan.

Storage quota is full – Check if your cloud storage space is full. If your quota is reached, you will need to delete existing files or upgrade your plan.

Unsupported file type – Some file types may not be allowed. Confirm that the file type you’re uploading is supported by FiDrive Cloud.

Internet connectivity issues – A weak or unstable internet connection can interrupt uploads. Try again on a more stable network.

Temporary system issue – There may be a temporary server or service issue. Wait a few minutes and try again.
