Can I use auto debit instead of top-up?

Yes, you can set up automatic payments (auto debit) for your services instead of manually topping up.

To enable auto debit, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Customer Portal.

2. Navigate to NovaCloud, locate the Available Balance button, and click it.

3. A pop-up will display your Cloud Credit Breakdown. Toggle the Automatic Credit Reload slider to enable it.

4. Follow the next process to complete the auto-recurring debit.

After auto debit is enabled, payments will be automatically processed 8 days before the service expiry date.
