How long does it take to receive Cloud points?
The time required to receive Cloud Points depends on how they are applied or credited to your account:
1. Top-up via Customer Portal
If you make a top-up through the Customer Portal, Cloud Points will be credited immediately once the payment transaction is successful. This is the fastest and recommended method.
2. Manual Payment Submission
If you make a manual payment and submit the payment slip to us, Cloud Points will be credited after our Billing Team updates the payment status. This process may take up to 1 working day, as payment updates are processed during working hours only.
3. Student Cloud Points Application
For student Cloud Points requests, our team will first review and verify your application. If you are eligible, the Cloud Points will be credited to your account within 3 working days.
If you do not receive any response after 3 working days, you may follow up by emailing marketing@ipserverone.com.
For faster crediting, we strongly recommend making payments or top-ups directly through the Customer Portal.
