For Email hosting multi-tenant server, do you allow tenant to use their own domain?

Tenants or email users are allowed to use their own domain name with our Email Hosting Multi-Tenant Server.

Each tenant can configure and manage their domain’s DNS records (such as MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC) to ensure proper email delivery and authentication. Once the DNS settings are correctly configured, the tenant’s domain will function seamlessly with our email hosting platform.

Please note that domain verification and DNS record setup are required before email services can be activated under the tenant’s domain. Our Support team can assist with the configuration steps if needed. You may submit a ticket through the Customer Portal or email us at cs@ipserverone.com, and our team will help you promptly.
