Can my client manage their domain through a separate portal login?
All domains registered with IP ServerOne are managed through the Customer Portal, depending on the account profile under which the domain is parked. If your client requires access with a different login ID, the options vary by domain extension:

For TLD domains (for example: .com, .net, .org, .asia, .info, and other country-level domains):

Your client can manage the domain through a separate login portal.

A dedicated URL is available: https://wam.manage.name/.

If you have forgotten the username or password, please contact our Customer Support team at cs@ipserverone.com. Our team will assist in retrieving the login credentials, which will then be sent to the Registrant’s email address.

For Malaysian domains (.MY):

As MYNIC has migrated all domain management to Registrars, the Selfcare portal is no longer available.

These domains can only be managed through our Customer Portal using a single login account.

If your client prefers to manage the domain independently, we recommend creating a new account profile with us and transferring the domain into that account. This way, they will have their own login credentials to manage the domain directly.
