What should I do if my vehicle number is not registered for my data center visit?
You will need to resubmit your Data Center visitation request with the updated vehicle number through the Customer Portal. As visitation approval may take some time, we recommend that you plan your visit and submit the request at least 3 days in advance to avoid delays. Please ensure all details are confirmed and accurate before submission.
For emergency visits, you may submit the visitation request first and then immediately contact our Customer Support team at +603-2026 1688 or email support@ipserverone.com. Our team will assist in escalating your request and expediting the approval process.
