Why can’t I remove my fax number?

If you are trying to remove the fax number from your Customer Portal, you may do so by following these steps:

Log in to the Customer Portal.

Click on My Account at the top-left section.

Scroll down to the Contact Information section.

Remove the fax number, leave the field blank, and click Save.
If you encounter any issues during this process, you may submit a ticket through the Customer Portal or email us at cs@ipserverone.com. Our team will investigate further and assist accordingly.
However, if the fax number appears on a different platform (e.g., your website or an application), you may need to contact your web developer or platform administrator for assistance, as it may not be managed through the Customer Portal.
