How can I obtain the customer ID if I am not the authorized person?
For security reasons, the Customer ID is only shared with the authorized contact person registered under the account. If you are not the authorized person, we recommend reaching out to the authorized contact within your company to get the information.
If the authorized person is no longer available or you need to be added as the new contact, you can email us at cs@ipserverone.com from your official company email. We will provide a guide to update the information.
