SPF record example

For the emails successful delivery,  some mail servers require a domain to have SPF (Sender Policy Framework) record. If your domain does not have SPF record, it should be added in domain’s nameservers as a TXT record:

"v=spf1 a mx ip4:1.1.1.1 ~all"

Where 1.1.1.1 is your mail server’s outgoing IP address

In the case where you have more than one outgoing IP addresses, the format is as below

"v=spf1 a mx ip4:1.1.1.1 ip4:2.2.2.2 ip4:3.3.3.3 ~all"

Where 2.2.2.2 & 3.3.3.3 is your mail server 2nd and 3rd outgoing IP addresses.
