How to disable mod_security in the custom http config file

To disable the mod_security in the custom http config file, you need to be the server admin in order to do so.

1.) First log into the directadmin control panel using admin creential. Then go into the “Custom HTTPD Configurations”

2.) In the page, search for the domain name and add the following lines to the blank space.

<LocationMatch /*>
  <IfModule mod_security2.c>
    SecRuleEngine Off
  </IfModule>
</LocationMatch>
